Fortune Hill - AMENITIES

The Fortune Hill has more than 3,000 sq m of amenities and green spaces that allow residents a full access to leisure and quality time with their families without sacrificing privacy and security.

Since most families prioritize their kids’ education, the Fortune Hill is equipped with a 100 sq m library with a private tutorial room where kids can spend some quiet time for studying or reading. For younger children, there is a day care center located in one of the towers. There is also an outdoor kids’ play area where kids can just roam around and mingle with other kids in the neighborhood.

A meditation and tai-chi garden is provided for as well, so that residents have an avenue to relax and take stress off their mind after a long work week. For family bonding activities, there is a 20 m lap and an infinity pool where everyone can indulge in and have fun under the sun. There are also a music room, a mini theater or KTV room and music hall, multipurpose function rooms, and a family club.

The Fortune Hill encourages its residents to a healthy and fit lifestyle. As such, there is a fully-equipped fitness center for the fitness enthusiasts to enjoy. Further, there is a relaxing sundeck, a serene meditation garden, a lobby courtyard, and functional lockers and changing rooms.

Each floor is occupied with only four units and the whole development project only has a total of 92 units. Every unit owner is provided with personal access keys to the elevators so that the security is guaranteed. Both towers are also furnished with fire safety equipment such as a fully automatic fire alarm system with sprinklers and smoke detectors, fire hose cabinets and fire extinguishers on all floors, and pressurized fire escape stairs. Added security feature is the presence of Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTVs) in select areas. For the students, the management provides a shuttle service to and from nearby schools.

Each of the two towers has three high-speed elevators. Two are for the residents to use and one is for the service staff. Like earlier mentioned, all elevators are equipped with a four-point keycard security system. Even the elevator parking lobbies require card access. Power interruptions will be least of the residents’ concern since the whole property has 100% power backup. There are also a five-star, grand bi-level lobby that also serves as a drop-off area and a driver’s lounge.

Further, there is a three-level parking allotted for the residents. Larger unit owners have two parking slots while smaller unit owners have one.
